Refund Policy

All public workshop tickets are non-refundable.
We do not exchange tickets for a different date or session.
If you can't make it, you're welcome to gift your ticket to a friend or family member — just let the new guest bring the original ticket or confirmation with them.
Ticket sales close one hour before the event; no tickets are available after that time.

A $200 USD deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
The $40 USD travel fee is added to every booking and follows the same refund terms as the deposit and final payment below.
Final guest numbers are due 4 calendar days before the event. Final payment is due at the same time, once the invoice is issued.
Cancellations 21 calendar days or more before the event: deposit is refundable.
Cancellations between 20 and 5 calendar days before the event: deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations 4 calendar days or less before the event: full payment is non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to studio availability — reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
